Table of contents
Overview
CrispyCohd SEO/AIO is a WordPress SEO, schema and AI-readiness plugin designed to help websites become clearer, better structured and easier to improve.
The plugin combines editable SEO metadata, schema output, entity management, a global knowledge graph, Search Console integration, link health scanning, content intelligence and semantic content blocks inside a single WordPress admin workflow.
Rather than only providing title and description fields, CrispyCohd SEO/AIO is built to help site owners understand what content exists, how it is structured, where it is weak and which pages may need attention.
It is suitable for business websites, software product sites, service websites, WooCommerce stores, documentation hubs, publishers and content libraries that need practical SEO guidance without turning the site into a complicated SEO dashboard.
How It Works
CrispyCohd SEO/AIO works by combining page-level SEO controls with site-wide analysis and structured content signals.
The plugin adds several layers to your WordPress site:
- Metadata output for SEO titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, Open Graph and social sharing information.
- Schema output using JSON-LD structured data for relevant page, content, product, service, article, FAQ, how-to, review and event contexts.
- Entity and knowledge graph data to describe important brands, people, products, services and relationships consistently.
- Content intelligence to identify thin pages, stale content, missing structure and practical content actions.
- Link health scanning to detect broken, redirected, blocked and manually ignored URLs.
- Search Console import to bring clicks, impressions, CTR, average position and opportunity signals into WordPress.
The aim is to improve clarity and workflow. The plugin does not guarantee rankings or rich results, but it helps your content become easier to understand, audit and improve.
Getting Started
Installation And Activation
Install CrispyCohd SEO/AIO like a standard premium WordPress plugin.
- Download the plugin zip from your purchase account or delivery email.
- Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Upload the zip file, install it and activate it.
- After activation, complete or skip the setup wizard.
The plugin is a premium-only product. There is no separate free version and no migration from a Lite edition is required.
Setup Wizard
The setup wizard appears after activation and guides you through the core settings needed for useful schema and search output.
Each step must be confirmed or skipped before moving forward. This ensures that setup is intentional while still allowing users to continue if they do not have every detail available immediately.
The wizard can collect:
- site or brand name
- organisation type
- logo media ID
- website URL
- social profile URLs
- default schema preferences
- basic SEO and AI-readiness defaults
Once completed or skipped, the main plugin pages become available. The wizard page should no longer be part of normal day-to-day use after setup.
After Setup
After setup, review the dashboard and settings before enabling the plugin across important live pages.
- Check the site identity and logo in Settings.
- Confirm schema output is enabled where required.
- Review any existing SEO plugin overlap to avoid duplicate metadata or schema.
- Run an initial Link Health scan.
- Review Content Intelligence recommendations.
- Connect Search Console if you want performance metrics and opportunities inside WordPress.
Core Settings
Site Identity
The site identity settings are used for global schema and Open Graph context.
- Brand/site name — the name used when the plugin describes your site or organisation.
- Organisation type — the broad schema type used for the main site entity, such as Organization or LocalBusiness.
- Logo — selected through the WordPress Media Library and used in Organization, WebSite and social metadata where appropriate.
- Website URL — the public URL used for site-level schema references.
Schema Output
Schema output controls whether the plugin adds JSON-LD structured data to the front end.
If another SEO plugin is already outputting the same schema types, avoid duplicating the same metadata. Run one primary schema output system for each page type whenever possible.
- Enable site-wide WebSite and Organization schema from the global settings.
- Use per-post schema controls to change the schema type for individual pages.
- Use semantic blocks for FAQ, How-To, CTA, statistics, comparison and pricing structure where relevant.
Social Profiles
Social profile settings help the plugin connect your website to the wider brand identity used across platforms.
Supported profile fields can include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, GitHub, X/Twitter and other relevant public profile URLs.
If a URL is entered without https://, the plugin attempts to normalise it before saving.
Data Retention And Maintenance
The Maintenance tab contains data-retention and cleanup tools.
- Remove all plugin data on uninstall — when enabled, plugin settings, entities, scans, snapshots, Search Console data and related post meta are removed during uninstall.
- Clear runtime data — removes temporary scan/import/cache data while keeping main configuration intact.
Data is preserved by default so uninstalling the plugin does not accidentally remove configuration or historical analysis unless the option is explicitly enabled.
Dashboard
The dashboard provides a quick summary of the overall state of the site.
It is designed to highlight practical actions rather than display every setting in one place.
- SEO score — a broad indicator based on metadata, structure and page-level checks.
- AI readiness — a structured-content indicator that considers summaries, takeaways, semantic sections, FAQ support and machine-readable clarity.
- Schema coverage — indicates how well pages are supported by relevant structured data.
- Link health — summarises broken, redirected, blocked and ignored link conditions.
- Content Intelligence panel — highlights thin content, stale pages and recommended content actions.
Dashboard snapshots may be stored locally so trends can be shown over time.
SEO Postbox And Autofill
The plugin adds an editor panel/postbox to supported public content types.
This allows editors to manage SEO and structured data settings directly while editing a post, page, product or custom post type.
Generated Suggestions
Autofill suggestions are generated from the existing content on the page.
- SEO title — suggested from the page title and configured site name.
- Meta description — suggested from the excerpt, first paragraph or cleaned page content.
- Schema type — suggested from the post type, content structure and configured defaults.
- Open Graph image — suggested from the featured image, first content image or site logo.
- AI/search summary — generated as a concise summary to help editors describe the page clearly.
Generated text should always be reviewed by a human before publishing.
Locking And Human Review
The plugin is designed as a suggestion-first workflow.
- Generated fields can be edited manually.
- Fields that have been reviewed can be approved or locked.
- Locked or manually edited fields should not be overwritten by future suggestion generation.
This keeps the workflow fast while preserving editorial control.
Schema And Structured Data
CrispyCohd SEO/AIO outputs structured data using JSON-LD where relevant.
Schema helps describe content more clearly to search engines and AI systems. It can make pages eligible for enhanced search appearances where supported, but it does not guarantee rankings or rich results.
Supported Schema Types
The plugin can support a range of common schema contexts, including:
- WebSite
- Organization
- Person
- Article
- Product
- SoftwareApplication
- Service
- Course
- Event
- FAQPage
- HowTo
- Review
- Offer and OfferCatalog data where appropriate
Schema Best Practices
- Use schema only where it accurately reflects the visible content.
- Do not mark content as FAQ, Review, Product or Event unless the page genuinely contains that content.
- Avoid duplicate schema from multiple SEO plugins.
- Validate important pages using a structured data testing tool after editing.
- Keep product prices, availability, events and offers up to date.
Entity Management And Knowledge Graph
The entity system allows important people, brands, products, services and organisations to be defined once and reused consistently.
This helps build a clearer global knowledge graph for the website.
Entities can represent:
- your brand
- your organisation
- authors or public team members
- software products
- services
- important product categories or topics
Where possible, use consistent names, descriptions and URLs so search systems can more easily understand the relationship between your pages and business information.
Search Console Integration
The Search Console area is split into separate tabs for setup and imported performance.
Google Connection
The Connection & credentials tab contains the Google OAuth setup fields, setup instructions and connection controls.
To connect Google Search Console:
- Create or select a Google Cloud project.
- Enable the Google Search Console API for that project.
- Configure the OAuth consent screen.
- Create OAuth credentials for a web application.
- Add the authorised redirect URI shown by the plugin exactly as displayed.
- Save the Client ID and Client Secret in the plugin.
- Click Connect with Google.
If the Google app is still in testing mode, make sure the Google account being used is added as a test user in Google Cloud.
Property Selection
After connection, refresh the available properties and select the exact property returned by Google.
Search Console properties may use different formats:
https://example.com/https://www.example.com/sc-domain:example.com
Selecting the wrong property format can cause Google API 403 errors even when the account is connected successfully.
Performance Tab
Once Search Console is connected and a property is selected, the Performance tab becomes the main Search Console view.
- clicks
- impressions
- average CTR
- average position
- top imported pages
- visual page-performance charts
Search Opportunities
The opportunity engine uses imported Search Console data to highlight pages or queries that may be worth improving.
- Low CTR — pages with impressions but weak click-through rate.
- Striking distance — pages close to stronger ranking positions.
- Uncaptured demand — pages with visibility but limited clicks.
These signals should be treated as prompts for human review rather than automatic instructions.
Link Health
Link Health scans published content for URLs and assets that may need attention.
The scanner can detect links, images, iframes, scripts and other referenced resources where available in the content.
Scan Results
Each scan result can include:
- exact URL
- source page
- edit and view links for the source content
- link or asset type
- anchor text or nearby context
- HTTP status code
- redirect target where available
- error message where available
- suggested action
Blocked Links And Manual Ignore
Some external websites block automated scanners even though the URL works in a normal browser.
Responses such as 403, 401, 406 and 429 are treated as blocked or needing manual review rather than confirmed broken.
Users can manually ignore URLs that are known to be valid. Ignored URLs are excluded from broken, redirected and blocked counts until they are unignored.
Content Intelligence
Content Intelligence helps identify pages that may need improvement.
- Thin content — pages with limited visible text or weak content depth.
- Very thin content — pages that may need substantial expansion or consolidation.
- Content decay — pages that have not been meaningfully updated for a long period.
- Missing structure — pages that may benefit from headings, summaries, FAQs, takeaways or semantic sections.
- Recommended content actions — a paginated list of practical improvements.
The Recommended Content Actions report includes pagination and an amount-per-page dropdown so large sites can work through recommendations more easily.
Blocks
CrispyCohd SEO/AIO includes a collection of lightweight blocks designed to improve structure, AI readability and schema context while letting your theme control visual styling.
Semantic Section Wrapper
The AI Semantic Section block works like a Group block with added meaning.
Choose a section type such as CTA, FAQ, How-To, Features, Benefits, Pricing, Comparison, Testimonials, Statistics, Product or Service. The plugin then adds machine-readable context to the section.
For FAQ and How-To sections, the wrapper can attempt to detect schema from inner headings, paragraphs, list items or accordion-style content.
Structured Content Blocks
- AI Summary — adds a concise page or section summary.
- Key Takeaways — adds a clear list of important points.
- FAQ Schema — provides structured question-and-answer editing with FAQPage schema.
- How-To Schema — provides step-based editing with HowTo schema.
- Software Features — lists product or software features in a structured way.
- Service Callout — marks service-specific content for schema and AI context.
- Review Card — outputs review or testimonial content with review schema where appropriate.
- Event Details — outputs event-specific details with event schema.
Commercial Content Blocks
- CTA — a semantic container block that allows normal inner blocks while marking the section as a call to action.
- Statistics — outputs stat value, label and optional note only, without forcing headings or intro text.
- Comparison Table — table-first comparison editing with responsive mobile/card fallback.
- Pricing Cards — responsive plan cards with plan name, price, period, features, CTA and OfferCatalog schema.
Front-end block styles are intentionally minimal. The blocks support WordPress core styling for spacing, colours, typography, alignment, anchors and custom classes.
Developer And Implementation Notes
CrispyCohd SEO/AIO is designed to work with WordPress block themes and modern Gutenberg workflows.
Block Names
The plugin registers the following block names:
crispycohd-seo-aio/semantic-section
crispycohd-seo-aio/ai-summary
crispycohd-seo-aio/key-takeaways
crispycohd-seo-aio/faq
crispycohd-seo-aio/how-to
crispycohd-seo-aio/software-features
crispycohd-seo-aio/service-callout
crispycohd-seo-aio/review-card
crispycohd-seo-aio/event-details
crispycohd-seo-aio/cta
crispycohd-seo-aio/statistics
crispycohd-seo-aio/comparison
crispycohd-seo-aio/pricing
Semantic Markup
Semantic blocks may output section markers such as:
data-ai-section="cta"
data-ai-section="faq"
data-ai-section="how-to"
data-ai-section="pricing"
data-ai-section="comparison"
These attributes are intended to help content analysis, AI-readiness checks and future structured-content workflows.
Performance Notes
- Link scans should be run intentionally on larger sites and are capped to avoid excessive background work.
- Search Console imports are stored locally so dashboard and opportunity reports can be generated without querying Google on every admin page load.
- Schema output should be validated on important commercial pages after major content changes.
Troubleshooting
Settings Are Not Saving
- Confirm only one copy of the plugin is installed and active.
- The active plugin folder should be
crispycohd-seo-aio/. - Clear any object cache or admin cache after replacing older development builds.
Google Says The App Is In Testing
If Google says the app has not completed verification, add your Google account as a test user in the OAuth consent screen while the app is in testing mode.
Google API Returns 403
A Search Console 403 usually means the account is connected but does not have access to the exact selected property.
- Refresh available properties.
- Select the exact property returned by Google.
- Check whether the property is a URL-prefix property or a domain property.
- Confirm the Google account has Search Console permission for that property.
A Link Is Reported As 403 But Works In The Browser
Some websites block automated server requests while allowing normal browser visits. In Link Health, these are shown as blocked or requiring manual review rather than confirmed broken.
Open the URL manually. If it works and you trust the result, ignore the URL from the issue card.
Summary
CrispyCohd SEO/AIO provides a practical SEO, schema and content intelligence workflow for WordPress websites.
It combines metadata, structured data, entity management, Search Console data, link health, content recommendations and semantic blocks to help site owners improve content in a more organised way.
The plugin is most useful when treated as an ongoing content improvement system rather than a one-time SEO settings page.
